EKKLESIA TO THE NATIONS

WE ARE
ST JOHN'S CHAPEL
ABOUT US
Established in 1872, St John’s Chapel is one of the oldest parishes in the Anglican Diocese of Singapore.
From humble beginnings, reaching out to farmers in Jurong, our community has flourished into a vibrant, multi-congregational church rooted in love, growth, and service.
Today, St John’s Chapel’s mission, Ekklesia to the Nations, calls her to witness God’s boundless love and lead people to Christ, both in Singapore and beyond.
Situated within St. Margaret’s School (Secondary), she plays a key role in providing chaplaincy support to the students.
In addition, SJCp supports various Boys’ and Girls’ Brigade companies from other schools. In line with her mission as Ekklesia to the Nations, SJCp is heavily involved in the mission work in Thailand, Vietnam, Nepal and Indonesia.
MISSION & PURPOSE
As we see the gracious salvation plan in the missional heart of God, may we be a missional church of Spirit-filled committed disciples of Jesus Christ, always ready to take the Gospel to the nations.
