About the event
Good Friday Service
Join us for a contemplative service led by our choir, centred on the theme “Jesus, Man of Sorrows.” Through the use of choral music, Scripture readings, and times of silence, we journey to the foot of the Cross to reflect on Christ’s suffering, love, and sacrifice for the world.
Interspersed with Scripture readings, the choir will lead us in meditative and responsive anthems that give voice to the grief, humility, and hope of Jesus' sacrificial love, helping us enter more deeply into the mystery of the Passion. This service is intentionally solemn and reflective, offering space for prayer, repentance, and quiet thanksgiving for the redeeming work of Christ.
All are welcome to come and keep watch, remembering the One who bore our sorrows and carried our griefs.
